Floodlight motion sensor/camera installed under eaves has water in both lights.

I see many posts that folks have been able to file a claim and get replacements, but I have been unable to locate ANYWHERE to call to initiate this. Any calls to main phone listings either don't offer an option for warranty information, or connect to a script reading agent from overseas.
