I have the same issue, I am waiting for a response from the “technical team” been waiting over 3 weeks now, think they have forgot about me, ring support is very poor

Thanks. Ring Support is very poor compared to others such as Google Nest. I now have 2 outstanding problems with my Ring Alarm & Ring Floodlight Cam and am considering changing to another manufacturer. Have you tried emailing the CEO?

Can’t find an email address for ring it’s always phone numbers and it’s a new person each time so it’s just a pain
