Floodlight cam wired pro

Question

Had floodlight pro cam installed, both lights permanently on since instal. Have tried switching lights off in app, reboot, factory reset, searching Ring online advice, only way to turn off lights is by switching off whole unit (which turns off camera as well).Is this a faulty unit?

Make sure the Floodlight Cam has been installed according to these instructions: https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/3v1dn/Installing-Floodlight-Cam-Wired-Plus-and-Pro?hasLangChanged=true. Then, try rebooting the Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further troubleshooting assistance.
