Floodlight Cam Wired Plus Night Vision Not Working

I have the Floodlight Cam Wired Plus. everything works but the Night Vision doesnt work and the lights wont turn on itself with motion detection however i can manually turn them on with the app. i have already did the full reboot, on and off, carefully looked at and adjusted the correct settings. i have no idea whats left to do.

Hi @Pocky. The lights on your Floodlight Cam Wired Plus should come on with motion detection as long as it is dark enough outside. If you have other outdoor lighting near the Floodlight Cam, it might impact the night vision. I'd also recommend ensuring that the Motion-Activated Lights toggle is on underneath Device Settings > Light Settings. You can tap on Motion Zones for Lights to adjust the area where you want motion to turn on the lights. If adjusting the settings and lighting around the Floodlight Cam doesn't help, try rebooting the Cam in the Ring app. Navigate to the Device Health page for your Floodlight Cam, then scroll to the bottom and tap Reboot This Device. The reboot will take a few moments.
