Floodlight Cam Pro main lights strobe when offline

I have 3 floodlight cam pro units and one randomly goes offline. The problem is that when the one light/cam goes offline the full floodlights will strobe/flash until I cut power to the system and reset it. The flashing is coming from the floodlights and not the small blue light on the unit. This is a problem because it is very annoying to the neighbors and also that it advertises that my camera is offline. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to keep it from flashing when offline?

Hi @BriWols. That shouldn't happen because your Floodlight Cam is offline. Try resetting your Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once this reset is complete, set the Floodlight Cam back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Monitor the lights to see if there is any further flashing or strobing.
