Faulty Spotlight Cam - NO HELP from CS

Have a wired Spotlight Cam Pro. When temp drops below freezing it drops it wifi connection and the spots start blinking. Never reconnects when it warms up, just keeps blinking lights. Only way to make it reconnect is to power it off and then back on.

Called CS. 40 mins later they were telling me a lot of reasons it could do this , but no solutions to fix it. Rated for -4, disconnects around 30. CS refused to acknowledge it was a problem with the device.

Folks it is a problem with the device. My guess is the wifi chip does not like any temp below freezing and its fault then caused the rest of the hardware to go into some other hardware error. Again HW issue.

I have tried it multiply times in warm weather and cold. And it ALWAYS goes nuts when the temp is below frezzing.

We can no longer use this device due to the blinking spots. Our neighbors get to watch them blink for days on end. I will be pulling this device and my doorbell and find a company that products that work as designed and a CS that helps fix problems not just explain them away.
