Download videos for a business

The ring system is absolutely horrible to download videos for a business. If you have the video option set to 24/7, it breaks down the videos into shorter clips. This would be fine, except to download them for multiple days will take hours. We had over 300 individual short clips for one day, and I want to download 14 days. You only have the option to select multiple files on the first files listed, even if they have been downloaded. This needs fixed immediately, or don't advertise that this system works with businesses.Allowing downloads of files by day would solve the problem.I want ring to respond to this issue with a timeframe as to when it will be fixed. The current operation is ridiculous, with even customer service agreeing.
