does not display any video
troubleshooting

Hello,I have a Ring Stick Up Cam (3rd Gen) that is online and shows as connected (RSSI -48, battery 86%), but it does not display any video — neither recorded events nor Live View work.The camera appears online in the app, but no video is shown. I have already tried:- restarting the device,- performing a hard reset (holding the setup button for 20 seconds),- removing and re-adding the device,- testing on both Wi-Fi and mobile data.The problem still persists. It seems the firmware might be stuck.Could you please check the device remotely, push the latest firmware update, or advise the next steps?
