Confirmed order now out of stock
I ordered products on 31/3/25 had confirmation order via e mail and anticipated delivery. Still showing as processing. I contacted ring CS on 4/4 and was told it is packed and ready for shipping. Contacted CS again today as status showing processing and was told by a very helpful lady called Joan that it is out of stock. Can you explain to me why my order was confirmed, my money taken, but products out of stock! Was I ever going to be advised of this? Why do I have to do the chasing? I was also told that once in stock it will be dispatched but could give no indication when that would be but ring have charged me already ! Can you please advise me how to get a refund as I am not willing to wait indefinitely for a product of yours I can get on Amazon tomorrow. Thank you

same thing happened to me....twice....they are not informing people that all their spotlight cams are out of stock...they let you order thinking you will receive the cam in a reasonable time....wrong and amazon does all of their shipping for them now....ei, a private person because amazon outsources it yet again. Just ordered a camera--WIRED from amazon and they sent a battery one.....you are wrong with amazon....you can only get a battery one not wired one Ring has become horrible...when you call for customer service you get routed to the other side of the world and they are seldom helpful.....what is happening to ring!!!???
