Cant hear sound on floodlight cam from visitors

Question

All of a sudden I cannot heat my visitors at driveway. They can hear me. I rebooted, no Bluetooth on. I have 11 cameras and this is the only one I can't hear on.

Hi @Linda22. When activating the Live View, make sure you're tapping the speaker icon to hear audio from the Floodlight Cam. Did you reboot the camera or your phone? There is a reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app that you can use for the Floodlight Cam. I'd also suggest making sure the Ring app is updated, and rebooting your phone if you haven't done so in a while.
