Cannot watch live view even camera status is connected
troubleshooting
I cannot warch live views and past events although all my cameras are connected to wifi. Their status are online. I tried rebooting each device but still unable to watch the videos.

Hi @user_d29f08. Are you receiving a specific error message when you try to activate Live View, or watch a previously recorded event? If so, please share a screenshot of what you're seeing. Which Ring devices is this occuring on? You can see the device name on the Device Health page for each camera.
