I know deleted footage is not recoverable, is this also applicable to footage lost during a lapse in payment for the ring protect subscription? -my fiance died in a traffic accident on the 23rd of last month. Finances were a mess, as we were. Lost the subscription for over a week, didnt notice until i went to review the footage from the last morning spent with her. I paid the amount due, to find all event history wiped. Ive been a plus subscriber for over 5 years now. More than a little disappointed in the way ring handles these situations.
