Activate notifications based on current mode
Currently I have all my cameras detecting and capturing movements 24h, but when I am at home doesn't make sense to receive push notifications of it. I only want to receive alerts when I am away from home.So every time I go away, I need to go in the APP through each camera I have and manually turn on notifications. If I forget to do it, my house stays insecure.And when I am back I need to do the inverse procedure, otherwise I am walking through the kitchen and my phone is alerting like a crazy.Basically the modes button doesn't help me at all :(Wouldn't this be the most intelligent usage of a security camera? Record 24h every movement, but specifically alert me for movements when I am not in the house.How can I set to push notifications only for Away mode?

You stated in your reply “At this time” . Does this mean that Ring is working on this major problem with your equipment? I’ve tried several methods to make this happen. When I am home I do not need these notifications. My work around is to put the cameras on a smart plug and turn them off when I am home. This is not a very good solution. I just can’t stand the notifications all the time when working at home. If this can’t be fixed, do you know of a manufacturer that I can go to to accomplish this?

CWe do not have information on what features may or may not be released in the future. Motion Schedules and Alert Snooze are available as options to silence notifications when you do not need them. Additionally, we cannot recommend any third party services or devices.

Hi @user_2d7c65. At this time, notifications are not controlled by Modes. Feel free to add this suggestion to our Feature Request board by creating a new post and selecting Feature Request board as the post topic. You can also use the Global Snooze feature to snooze alerts from your devices for a set amount of time, which may be helpful for when you're at home.
