Hi how do you manage to contact someone to understand why an account has been locked and then unlock an account.Customer services tell me it’s locked and they cannot explain why. They referred me to the terms of service document which details many variables. Seemingly it’s the back technical team who blocked but I cannot find a way to contact and discuss with them. Very frustrated buying a doorbell and 5 outdoor cameras plus paying a yearly subscription to be told your blocked but we cannot tell you why!
