Wrong plan chosen

Hi looking for a refund I subscribed to the wrong plan of 99.00 euro instead of 39.99 I immediately cancelled the 99.00 plan and subscribed to the 39.99 plan so I will need the 99.00 refunded.
Does anyone get back to you in relation to this matter
