Where are my features?
I have Ring Home Premium and there was a popup about Ai descriptions for videos, I clicked it and nothing happened.I cannot find the settings in the app to enable it either. I guess it might have been an error, as this is a beta feature and it might not be available for testing in my region, Norway.However, I also noticed that all traces of Ai Search have disappeared from the app, but are available on the website, what is going on?Please fix your broken app so I can get the features I'm paying for, even if the Ai search don't work very well yet.

Then maybe you should mention this in the popups/info you send out. Why even send notification popups and mail to ineligible users.
From what I can see AI video description require english language on the phone, that explains why I can't see that.
AI search, which was available previously, has been limited to certain regions after it came out of beta. No idea what those regions are since your website isn't very helpful, but I guess it's not here.
I have the most expensive sub and probably pay more that in other regions and I SERIOUSLY hope that these features will be available here soon. As I see it I'm paying extra for features I'm not getting, if you're planning to sell limited subs in some regions and charge the same(more) I won't be using your services in the future!!
Got another popup today, Retinal Tuning, again it's supposed to be under the nonexistent AI Features tab, can you please stop this nonsense!? Only requirement here is a compatible sub, which I have..
