I've had a doorbell for about 6 weeks now and decided to subscribe to a plan. I've tried over and over to do so on their website. Every time I click the plan I want it kicks me back to the dashboard page. I tried using their chat help feature and before I can type a question, it ends the session. I'm not stupid, I use a multitude of devices and software. All I want to do is sign up for a plan and give you more money. Why are you making it so impossible?
