Want to change subscription from old ring doorbell to new ring doorbell

I am having trouble connecting my current ring plan to my new ring doorbell. Can this be done?

Hi @user_fc557c. You will need to cancel your subscription, after which you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current plan. You will then need to start a new subscription for your new doorbell.
