Unable to access event history despite signing up to Ring Solo plan

I signed up to a Ring Solo plan on 1st February but the features that are included are not working. For example, I can't see my event history and the smart alerts is greyed out as it says my subscription plan has ended and I need to subscribe. Please can someone help me?

    Hi @user_0e8632. Do you have multiple Ring devices or locations? The Ring Solo Plan applies to only one Ring doorbell or camera, so if you have multiple devices, you can only view history from the subscribed device. Additionally, subscriptions do not apply retroactively.
