Transfer a camera to another owner

I have a camera (battery operated) that I want to transfer ownership to my daughter in the same house as me., so that she can put it on her account, to be able to use recordings on it , once it’s been transferred to her account.
Question is how do I do it ? My daughter and my wife can see the camera picture live but does not record like her front doorbell?
