Subscription plan purchase
Tried to but a standard subscription on about 20 occasions, the website says authorise payment yet when pressed the screen buffers for hours and nothing happens, I have repeatedly filled in my full details which it won't accept, the infuriating chat bot sends you round in circle until you finally get to speak to a human who then say its the banks verification system that's not allowing the payment to go through, so I check with the bank who say ring are talking out of their ring!! So I phone the customer support centre and I get put through to someone who clearly isn't from the u. K and can barely speak English, after another infuriating conversation were I have to repeat everything 50 times I get told...... It's the banks fault!!!! Why not have a u. K based support centre with people who can speak and understand English? Oh and I've linked the ring account to my amazon account ans still nothing.. Any help?

If you have a different payment method available, I'd recommend trying that. Additionally, try a different web browser, and turn off any VPNs you have. If this issue persists, you can reach out to our support team directly @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram by sending a private message. They may be able to see more details, but it could still be an authorization issue with your financial institution.
