I tried using Chat, and it didn't work - referred me to the phone number. After four tries with "Matt" (Ai Chat), no luck. I was then connected to a live person who insisted that I am not an authorized user and have no connected devices. Both my husband and I are Authorized users on the account, which I verified again and double-checked which devices are activated. The agent on the phone was no help AT ALL and wouldn't continue to assist with what I needed. Funny thing: I want to SPEND money on a subscription. You would think the agents involved would be much more helpful, wouldn't you? So far, the Ring service - both on the app and on the computer - rate a zero star from us.
