subscribing problem

I've trying to buy a Ring Plan (£79.99/year). It's impossible!!!
Every time I get through to the confirm payment the sum reads £00.00 and I dont get a confirmation text with the code to proceed. Yesterday after an age I spoke to an Achlad in Mumbai and he was no use whatsoever. couldn't find even a route towards a solution and kept blaming everything & everyone but his lack of knowledge.
There is no way to contact Ring, other than a 'dodgy' number in St Albans, Lincolnshire(??).
This is no way to run a business!!
I'm lacking confidence that the ring plan would operate even if I could purchase it.
Be interested to see who responds from Ring!!!!

Make sure you are logged into the correct account on Ring.com, and verify your contact information is correct before following these steps.
