If I forgot to set my alarm when I left my house, I could easily set it from the app.  Not now!  Someone decided to change the app to disable that feature if you don't have a subscription.  Great idea and a lovely way to show how much Ring appreciates its customers.  I'm on my 3rd, and now last unit since the app is worthless now.  From a customer standpoint this makes no sense.  From a profit standpoint, just like *********, charging for luggage.
