Scammed and Lied To
I was overcharged last month by Ring (3x charges for 2x plans); there is no email to contact and the email in the invoice isn't monitored. I called, was told by a rude woman that they never charged me 3 times in broken english, I explained that I was staring at the charges and had confirmed with the CC company. They declined to refund 1 of 3 stating they never overbill. Then when I disputed one of the charges Ring sought revenge and canceled my home plan. So now I've payed 2x for 1x plan. I reached out again by phone and chat and was again told that I was wrong, my credit card company is wrong, and that they refunded 2x charges already. Capitol One says they did no such thing, there are no refunds processed. Now I have 3x disputes open against Ring (and they have not replied to any of them). Now I'm left with a pile of ring equipment at two locations: cameras, doorbells, chimes, security systems, and I don't want to use any of them anymore as I feel betrayed.
