Ring Subscription
Who do I contact to request a refund on my subscription. My ring doorbell stopped working months ago and so I just haven’t used it. I checked online ring app to make sure I didn’t have an ongoing subscription as well as my Amazon account and could see nothing. Last month a yearly subscription charge was taken from my bank… I logged back into the ring app and again couldn’t see anything relating to subscriptions - just a line to say it can’t be managed on the app. I checked my Amazon subscription again and there wasn’t anything on there. I then started a chat who advised me that I need to log in via my internet browser for anything to do with subscriptions - I wasn’t aware of this. I have now cancelled my subscription but their is no where online or the app where I can request a refund… anyone has something similar or can point me in the right direction.
thanks

UI have joined a Facebook group that are not affiliated with ring. But they have given me the help that I needed just a number to contact Ring customer service - try (uk) XXXXXX
I've had a refund with no questions
asked. They were very helpful.
