I have a subscription and want to purchase additional batteries - faq states when you places order and sign in discount is automatically applied (believe it’s 10%) however this door at appear to be working and it’s trying to charge full priceHow do we apply the discount

Hi @user_29d230. Make sure you are logged into your Ring account, the one with the subscription, and that you are not trying to combine the 10% discount with any other discount or promotion.
