Returns under warranty
Hi, anyone else live in Ireland and not have access to a printer? That my situation and I’ve been promised a local pick up by ring which never happened, a label posted to me so I can return my faulty doorbell, never happened. I’ve called the 6 times to get it resolved and they are asking me about logistics options. I’m stunned by the total lack of customer service. Then I get an email threatening me to send the doorbell back today, like I haven’t tried. Has anyone been able to return a part from Ireland when they don’t have access to a printer?

Hi @Douglaffan. I would try asking a friend, local business or a public library to use their printer to print your label. I hope this helps.
