Replacement under warranty
Ring doorbell was replaced under warranty. I had paid solo subscription for 12 months on original device. I want to now transfer that subscription to my new device.

Hi @user_69c687. Ring subscriptions cannot be transferred. After setting up the new Ring doorbell, you can cancel your existing plan, then subscribe to a new plan for the new doorbell.
