Hello,

One of my Ring Floodlight cameras has failed due to weather ingress into one of the floodlight housings. I have a Ring Protect Plan (Multi) for monitoring our Ring alarm system. I seem to recall that when I enrolled in the Protect Plan years ago that one of the benefits was that it added a lifetime warranty for all Ring devices at that location. Is this still the case? If so, how do I go about submitting a warranty claim to have this device replaced?
