Problem with rings website.

It's been about a month now that i called ring customer support about their website, not app, to view the video's my ring camera takes. I talked to a supervisor named, Toby. He said it would be taken care of. Well, not yet it hasn't. Under the history column thats suppose to show every video most of my video's it says no video. Maybe i should write Jeff Bazo a love letter and he just might get his tech people to fix this? I say, Bazo because Amazon owns Ring.
