Hi @pynkcandee. Your Ring videos are stored in the cloud for up to 60 days, unless you manually change the storage time. If the video you're looking for is older than 60 days, it has already been deleted and there is no way to recover deleted videos as they are no longer stored in the cloud. If there are specific videos you want to keep past the 60 days, we recommend downloading these videos before they are deleted. I hope this helps clear things up. :)

Hi @user17084. If a video is no longer visible in the Ring app or on Ring.com, it will not be available. I suggest looking at this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-) to understand and adjust your Video Storage Length.
