Live View Timing Out Even With Premium Plan

I have a ring indoor camera (2nd gen) and have paid for the premium plan to have 24/7 live recording. I have enabled 24/7 live recording on my camera in the app settings. I’m still finding that when using live view it disconnects after around 30 mins or a pop up comes up asking if I’m still watching. And if i don’t click “yes”,

it stops the live view. I’m using this camera as a baby monitor and don’t want the live view to keep stopping in the middle of the night. I thought paying for premium and 24/7 live view would give me continuous live viewing without interruptions. How can I stop it from timing out or asking if I’m still watching? This seems like an obvious issue for the Ring Team to address, since:

1) 24/7 continuous live viewing is false advertising if Ring functionality is forcing interruptions

2) fixing this would encourage me to buy more

ring cameras for using as baby monitors (vs. paying for a competitor’s product)

      Wait - Ring Standard plan included extended Live View for up to 30 minutes, but Ring Premium was supposed to include continuous Live View.

      This is what the plan descriptions used to mention:

      With Extended Live View10, see what your camera sees for up to 30 minutes at a time. Tune in live for longer with Continuous Live View.12 Both available on select devices.

      10 Subscription required (sold separately). Available on select devices. This feature is dependent upon network connectivity and other factors.

      12 Limited to 10 devices at one location. Not compatible with select features. Recordings are temporarily stored in the cloud, up to 14 days. This feature is dependent upon network connectivity and other factors.
