How do I get replacement items when on a monthly plan?
I have a battery that now fails to charge, but that is covered in the UK on the basic monthly paid plan.
My ring doorbell 2, now many years old, the laminated lens covering has crumbled and cracked due to weather and now is useless if the sun is shining at it, or if the outdoor security light is on at night, giving a massive lens flare effect that renders the video footage useless. During the day or night with no light on it, it works fine. But it was always fine prior to the degradation of the outer layer.
So how do I actually get them replaced under the extended device "plan" warranty? I tried "chat" but it went round in circles and would not connect me to an individual.
