I'm sorry you're dealing with this situation. Ring devices, including Live Guard, are designed to monitor your property and alert you to activity -- they're not designed to detect hidden cameras, trackers, or other surveillance devices.
If you believe surveillance devices have been placed in your home or on your property without your consent, I'd encourage you to:
• Document what you've found (photos, locations, device details)
• Consider reaching out to a domestic violence advocacy organization if this involves a former partner -- they often have resources and can connect you with specialists who understand these situations
• Consult with a tech security professional who specializes in counter-surveillance
For your Ring account security specifically:
1. Change your Ring account password immediately at https://ring.com
2. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the Ring app: tap menu > Account > Two-Step Verification
3. Review who has access to your devices: tap menu > Control Center > Account Management > Shared Users and remove anyone who shouldn't have access
4. Check your authorized devices: tap menu > Account > Authorized Client Devices and remove any you don't recognize
If you're seeing notifications about devices being linked that you didn't authorize, that's a sign someone may have access to your account. Changing your password and enabling 2FA will lock them out.
For the issues with your phone (random apps, Bluetooth and location turning on), that's outside Ring's scope, but you may want to have your phone examined by your carrier or a tech professional.
