Dear Ring Team,
I hope you are well.
I have been a customer of Ring for several years, now that Ring has introduced Guard Response, please can you confirm if it includes 24x7 continuous recording with extended live view?
I am on a loyal premium legacy plan, it states in the description "Everything in premium legacy, plus:" with the list of the Guard Response;
However in the comparison on the same page, it does not show a tick under the 24x7 recording and continuous live view;
I'd love to upgrade but only if the options of my previous plan are included.
Can you please confirm this?

Hi @Makkie. The Ring Guard Response Plan includes Extended Live View but does not include 24/7 continuous recording. That is an add-on that costs £3 per month, per camera. This page will provide you with further information regarding Ring's plans.
