I currently have three Ring devices, each with a separate annual Ring Solo subscription. All three subscriptions have the same next billing date of 1 April 2027.

I would like to upgrade to a single annual Ring Multi plan covering all three devices at the same location.

Before upgrading, could you please confirm whether the unused portions of all three Solo subscriptions will be refunded or credited towards the new Multi subscription?

Could you also confirm the exact amount I would need to pay, and the new renewal date?
