advise please
troubleshooting
we have a video ring camera and video on our front door which we pay for via a 1 year subscription , we have just had a new porch installed and also another ring door bell with video Problem is we cannot see via video if anyone comes to the door , Can i transfer our existing camera contract which is due for renewal in November 2026 to the new camera /video on our porch door TIA

Hi @user_2497df. No, Ring subscriptions cannot be transferred between devices or locations. If you no longer need video recording access on the original doorbell, you will want to cancel that plan. You can then subscribe to a new plan for the new doorbell.
