adding a new camera to my multi plan
installation
I have a Multi plan. I currently have a doorbell and one camera included. A few months ago I bought an additional camera. It is connected to my network and I can see live view. However, I can't add it into my multi plan - ring wants me to take out an additional subscription for it. When I installed it I gave it a name (different to other camera). Do I need to uninstall it in some way and reinstall it? If so how do I do this and what name should I give it?

Hi @user_b111d3. I would double-check and make sure this camera is on the same Location that your other cams are on. Plans are Location specific and only cameras on the same location can be included in a plan. You can learn more about this here.
