Hi @user_a807a8. We cannot see account or billing information on the Community, as it is a public forum. I would recommend logging into your account on Ring.com, where you can manage your plan and access the Control Center. Under the Plan tab on Ring.com, you can view and cancel your Ring subscription. In the Control Center, you can manage the phones, tablets, and computers that are authorized to sign in to your Ring account.
