Why does Ring not add a new camera to an existing Standard Plan?

I added a new camera to a location already with a standard home plane. Why does ring not automatically add it to the plan that already exist? Now ever time I log in I have to see this stupid message that camera is on a trail - Why is it on a trial if I already have a plan in that location. It should work automatically - our is this just a marketing ploy for something else? Mark
