Hi, When I try to subscribe to a protect plan by clicking on the button "subscribe", the website loops back to the dashboard, over and over and over. I have 1 day left before the trial period expires. Can someone help?? Thanks, EB

    Hi @c0459895971184ff36d91b36803903. Make sure you are logged into your Ring account, and that you have a Ring device set up on your account. You can subscribe to a plan, or upgrade your plan, by following the steps in this Help Center article. If this is still not working, please follow up with our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further assistance.

      I have the same issue. I have tried calling support was on the phone for at least 45min, we went through the whole, try it on my computer, try it on my wife's, try it on my phone, etc...etc... to no avail.  I was told it should start working in 24 hrs but NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.

      So frustrating I am about to CHUNK THE THING !!

        I am having the same issue for a week now, it lets my click subscribe and enter my payment info but then give me and oops something went wrong message. For like a week, it’s so frustrating! Has anyone been able to resolve this?

        same. would be nice to see the problem acknowledged.  spent a lot of money and drilled a lot of holes for nothing at this point.
