Trial overtaking subscription
I recently paid for a Ring Home standard subscription for a year but a month later I needed to get a new doorbell. Once I linked this new doorbell to my account, it seems it came with a 30 day free trial. Now it's telling me I have only a few days left to subscribe to a plan or all my videos will be lost. It also says my annual subscription isn't linked to anything and it's telling me I have to cancel the plan. It also says my next billing date is in 1971! Does anyone know how I can get rid of the trial and go back to my usual subscription as I didn't ask for a trial to be added to my account in the first place.

JHi @user_8fd182. If your concern is the same, then you do not have to do anything.

Hi @user_e9e409. You cannot cancel the trial manually. It will expire on its own, and your existing plan will automatically continue without interruption. You can safely ignore any messages about subscribing or losing your videos.
