Hello all.
Our 30 day trial has ended so i have subbed to the middle package? cant remember what rings calls it.
we have lost all previous videos. is this supposed to happen or will they come back on their own at some point?

Hi @user_fa9875. An active Ring Home trial or subscription is required for access to video recording. When your trial ended, your videos were deleted, as you no longer had an active plan. Once a video has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. It's recommended to download any videos you wish to keep to your phone or computer.
