Hello.I have 2 separate cameras and I am being charged £4.99 and £7.99 a month how can I change this to just the £7.99 a month please.

Hi @user_5e8c5a. Are these two cameras installed at the same location? The Ring Home Basic plan only applies to one device, while the Standard and Premium plans will apply to all devices at the subscribed location. You should be able to see all your plan information by logging in at Ring.com and clicking Plan.
