My subscription ended on 8/8- but I was not aware until Ring ended it at 2am and it set off my ring alert - but when I went in to stop it my screens were all different. Why would Ring do such a thing at 2am- they could not wait until 8 am- business hours? My husband and I are elderly and it was such a nasty thing to do. I was forced to renew to get my screens back so I could reset. What kind of crappy tactic is that???

Hi @user_f296f2. I'm sorry this happened. This sort of thing is automated and was not done by someone to be malicious. In your Ring app, you should see notifications that your Ring Home Plan is ending soon. Additionally, you'll receive emails about this as well. I would suggest regularly checking your Ring app notifications to stay on top of things.
