Subscription plan renewal issues
Hello ring. For around 2 months I have issues to re-subrscribe to your service.
I have Ring doorbell Pro. I wanted my service to resubscribe automatically and that failed. I also tried to re-subscribe manually and that also failed.
I called support two times and bought times they solved the issue and than after few days it doesnt work. Can someone finally solve the issue so i can get access to my basic support plan ?!
I am paying with visa card that will not expire until february 2021. My visa works for all other online purchases including ebay paypal etc...
Please solve this urgently since i need access to my camera.

- KHello— I just signed up for the basic plan for my ring device and paid the $30 for the whole year, then I got a notification that my renewal date is 2/11/21. Why do I have to renew in February when I just signed up and paid for a full year today?•
