Ring subscription Netherlands failure
troubleshooting

Hi,

I had after my trial a home plan for 1 month 9,99.

Now it's over and i want the one from 3,99 a month but it won't accept my bank account. It fails to authenticate my payment option but in the Netherlands this is the only method to pay. 

I think maby it's because I had to rewire a 9,99 fund from the month of January but that's because they charged me twice (I have the proof to back it up)

What can I do now?
