I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and performance of one of my Ring Floodlight Cam Plus Wired devices. I experienced a very concerning issue today that has left me questioning the reliability and effectiveness of your product.At around 9:00 AM, I began receiving multiple motion and person alerts from this camera. Naturally, I went to the Ring app to review the live view and historical footage to assess what was happening. To my shock, for a period of approximately five hours, the camera failed to display any footage. It continuously showed "no footage available," despite recording settings being set to 24/7.I contacted Ring customer support multiple times and tried every troubleshooting step that was recommended — from deleting and reinstalling the app to completely resetting the camera. Nothing resolved the issue. What’s even more frustrating is that all my other Ring cameras, both indoor and outdoor, were functioning properly during this time, clearly indicating this was not an internet connectivity issue.Thankfully, to my knowledge, nothing serious occurred during that time. However, the reason I invested in Ring cameras and pay for your subscription service is precisely to prevent that uncertainty. I rely on your system to monitor and protect my property, and today, it failed at the most critical function — recording and providing access to footage.I am extremely disappointed in the quality and reliability of this product. It’s unacceptable to spend significant money on your hardware and services only to find out, in a moment of potential need, that it simply doesn’t work.
