Hello,I know that this is not a standard use for RING. We are at a University and have bought many houses around the campus. I believe that we have AT LEAST 25 homes with RING equipment and plans. My problem is that when I login to my account, I CANNOT go to the "PLAN" tab on my dashboard because the agent says I have "too many" accounts.My second and LARGER problem is that THERE IS NO ADDRESS INFORMATION on the bills. I am billed annually for these and I have to submit invoices to my accounting department for which house it is. I CANNOT find anywhere where the billing dates are.I think it is on the plan tab if I could get there. I spent 3 hours on chat with an agent to try and make my own spreadsheet with billing dates. Even that sometimes does not match up.PLEASE ADD ADDRESS DATA TO THE BILL!!!!! THIS IS STANDARD PRACTICE FOR ANY SERVICE!!!
